Heating and Equipment

  • Unless explicitly stated in your project agreement, heating systems, filtration, plumbing, and installation are not included with our tubs.

Ordering Process

  3. Agreement -- We confirm specifications, pricing, and timeline in a written project agreement.
  4. Deposit -- A deposit is required to begin production.
  5. Production -- Your tub is handcrafted in our Eugene, Oregon workshop.
  6. Shipping -- Completed tubs are shipped via freight carrier.

Payment

  • Payment terms are outlined in your individual project agreement.
  • We accept payment methods as specified during the ordering process.
  • A deposit is required before production begins.

Shipping

  • Products are shipped via freight carrier from Eugene, Oregon.
  • Shipping costs vary based on destination and are quoted separately.
  • You are responsible for inspecting your shipment upon delivery and noting any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt.
