Step 1

Consultation

Reach out to start a conversation about your vision. We'll talk through your space, layout, sizing, installation approach, heating options, wood species, and finish preferences.

We are experienced in helping you think through decisions, including coordinating with your contractor or plumber if needed.

Step 2

Design, Materials & Build

Once details are confirmed, we finalize dimensions, wood selection, and construction approach. Wood is ordered specifically for your project and custom milled, and we hand-select boards to fit your vision, grain preferences, and the way the tub will be used.

Each board is chosen intentionally for its position in the tub, with close attention to grain orientation, stability, and how it will age over time. If your project includes custom accessories or architectural woodwork, those pieces are designed and built alongside the tub so the materials feel cohesive.

We stay in contact with updates as the work progresses.

Step 3

Delivery & Setup

We offer several options depending on location and project needs. Tubs can be picked up directly in Eugene, delivered and installed within the Pacific Northwest, or crated and shipped worldwide.

We provide clear guidance for installation and are happy to work directly with your contractor, plumber, or installer as needed. For projects that benefit from a hands-on approach, we can also assist with on-site planning or installation.

Step 4

Continuing Relationship

We continue to provide support after the build. If questions come up around use, care, refinishing, or future changes, we're available.

The tubs are designed for long-term use, and support does not end at delivery.
