Elemental Works builds each soaking tub and ofuro by hand to your specifications. Because every piece is custom made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
All of our cedar soaking tubs, ofuros, and hot tubs are built to order. Each tub is crafted specifically for the customer who ordered it. For this reason, all sales are final and we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Defects & Damage
We take great pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. If your tub arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to make it right. This may include repair, replacement of affected components, or other resolution at our discretion.
Please include photos of any damage or defects when contacting us.
Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before production begins.
- Once production has started, cancellations are subject to a restocking fee based on work completed.
- Finished or shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
Shipping Damage
Our tubs are shipped via freight carrier. Please inspect your tub upon delivery. If you notice visible damage to the packaging or the tub itself, note it on the carrier's delivery receipt and contact us immediately.
